Unlike its sister - the Black Sesame Pie, the Black Magic is a perfect balance of delicate vanilla cream paired with an earthy rich black sesame cream.  Our signature almond caramel crust makes this creation a home run.

Oh did we mention that the intensity of the smoky Black Sesame flavor is solely from our slow toasting of the seeds at a low temperature, then grinding them into a paste with a mortar & pestle.  We do not use sesame oil to enhance the flavor.
