Rawsome Treats for ALL

After countless amounts of trials and errors over the past 2 years on nationwide shipping, and seeking the most cost effective way, with the most environmental friendly packaging (no styrofoam here), we are soooo over the moon to share this exciting news.

To scale our shipping operations to $35 per item, we do all shipping on TUESDAY. Depending on where you’re located in the United States, most areas take 1 to 2 days, with some areas taking 3 days.

We will provide tracking numbers as soon as the package is shipped

Please note, the cut off for TUESDAY shipping is FRIDAY night 11:59pm EST.

Shipping and Returning Policies

  • Items lost or stolen cannot be refunded once the package has been delivered.  Although we do our best to insure the product arrives as beautiful and delicious as it left the shop, we have no control of what happens once it's delivered.  If the product is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier in getting a refund.  

  • To cancel an order placed, you must let us know no later than Monday @ 8pm, the week the order is being shipped.  Once the cake is in transit, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

  • Should your cake unfortunately arrive damaged, send us pictures of any damage to the cake and/or the packaging, right after opening it.  Please also document how it was damaged along with how it was received, and based on the information, we will offer you a partial refund or store credit.  Photos should be sent to info@rawsometreats.com.
